Jeff is no stranger to emerging technologies. As a scientist for Motorola, The Robotics Institute, and the SuperCollider he has worked on wireless sensor and control systems developed for the FBI, CIA, DOD, DOE, NASA, and USPS – from autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles to particle accelerators. Jeff founded SensorLogic, one of the industry’s leading Telemetry Service Providers (TSP). Jeff was a co-founder of and Ublip (aquired by Numerex in 2008). Jeff has served on the boards of technology companies and as an advisor to several Venture Capital funds. Jeff has a B.S. in Engineering Science from Trinity University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He serves on the Development Board of the University and the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering. Jeff drove EVs before they were cool. His first was a 2005 Toyota Prius and he currently drives a Tesla Model S.
