Once a solution is defined, we produce implementation kits for each site and each piece of equipment to be monitored. Kits are fully end-to-end tested prior to shipping – making installation a seamless plug and play solution. The kit-based approach also allows for simple unit-based pricing (vs. time and materials).
No remote monitoring solution, no matter how well implemented, will run completely by itself. The very nature of widely dispersed equipment makes it difficult to physically examine in case of breakdowns or anomalies in data. We offer a vast suite of tools to monitor & maintain our solution, including part failures, battery life, signal strength, cable viability, & abnormal data.
